Step 1
Read the relevant fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). This contains important product information.

Step 2
Fill in the Application Form at the back of the PDS and attach the requested supporting documentation.

Step 3
Return the completed form and any documents to us by post, following the instructions on the form. Our postal address is:

Account administration

Your monthly statement is available upon request only. Alternatively, we will send you a statement after the end of the financial year occurring 30 June.

We publish the distribution history of our funds on our fund managers’ websites.

You can also log in to your online account and download a copy.

The person or company receiving your holding will need to fill in a off-market transaction form. To obtain a copy, contact Copia’s Client Services team on 1800 442 129 (free call within Australia), +61 3 9602 3199 (outside Australia) or email clientservices@copiapartners.com.au.

If you are transferring a holding to a person or company that does not already have an investment with us, that person or company must fill in an application form for the fund to which the holding is being transferred. They must also supply all requested supporting documentation.

Identification documents

We are required under the Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing Act to collect information about you before we can invest your money (or pay you a distribution or return your money).

If you are a new investor, you must fill in the ‘Identification documents’ section in the Application Form of the fund in which you’re investing and submit originally certified supporting documentation. You will find detailed instructions on the Application Form.

Withdrawals

The unit price we apply to your withdrawal amount will depend on the time of day we receive your withdrawal request. If we receive your request by 2pm (AEST) on a Melbourne business day, you will receive that day’s unit price. If we receive it after this time, you will receive the following business day’s unit price.
