Sam Baillieu
Chief Executive Officer
Sam is Copia’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with investment managers and delivering them the resources, infrastructure and services they need to prosper. Sam joined as one of the founders in 2000 and serves as an Executive Director on Copia’s Board.

Chief Operating Officer
Sam is Copia’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for providing marketing, operations and compliance services to our investment manager partners. Sam has been an executive team member since 2007 and is the Company Secretary on our Board of Directors.
Michael Voskresensky
Chief Financial Officer
Michael joined Copia in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the finance obligations of the group including those of our investment manager partners, with a focus on corporate accounting, financial reporting and tax. Michael also provides company secretarial support to our Board of Directors.

John joined Copia in 2014 as General Manager, Distribution. He brings extensive investment sales experience and is responsible for leading Copia’s distribution effort and building assets for our investment manager partners.

Our specialist marketing and communications service is led by Anthony Pesutto. Anthony ensures each investment manager’s brand and investment capabilities are consistently presented and promoted to the right audiences through the most effective channels to build recognition and engagement.

Anthony is responsible for Copia’s marketing strategy as well as building its brand and profile in Australia. Anthony has previous experience as both a fund researcher and marketing professional at firms such as Zenith, Legg Mason, Mercer, Lonsec and ANZ.

Fund Services Lead
Katrina joined Copia in 2014 as a Senior Administration Assistant and was promoted to Fund Services Lead in 2017. She is responsible for providing effective and efficient portfolio and fund services to our investment manager partners, as well as liaising with financial advisers and investors.
Christine Baud
Office Manager
Christine joined Copia in 2014 in a client services role. Today, she is responsible for office management, servicing clients and assisting our investment manager partners in their daily fund operations.
