Copia Holding Company Pty Limited is the parent company of Copia Investment Partners Limited (Copia) and it provides a full range of distribution, marketing, operations, compliance and administrative services to the investment partners of Copia.
Copia holds an AFSL and is the Responsible Entity for its investment partners’ schemes.
Bruce Loveday
Chairman
Bruce has extensive experience in financial services both in Australia and overseas. Bruce currently chairs Tribeca Global Natural Resources Ltd, and has previously been chairman of Burnham Capital, ARCO Investment Management, Bennelong Funds Management and Praemium.

Sam Baillieu
Executive Director
Sam is Copia’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with investment managers and delivering them the resources, infrastructure and services they need to prosper. Sam joined as one of the founders in 2000 and serves as an Executive Director on Copia’s Board.
Peter Polson
Non-Executive Director
Peter has broad financial industry experience including Chairman of Challenger and Challenger Life, Managing Director at Colonial First State and Group Executive at CBA. Peter is currently Chairman of IDP Education and Very Special Kids, as well as Director of IDP Education.​

Sam Cole
Company Secretary
Sam is Copia’s Executive Director and is responsible for managing key strategic relationships within Copia and its partners. Sam has been an executive team member since 2004 and is Company Secretary for Copia Holding Company (CHC) and Executive Director of Copia Investment Partners Ltd (CIPL).
Charles Baillieu
Non-Executive Director
Charles has over 40 years’ experience in financial services and is well regarded within the Australian investment community. Charles is a director of several private companies including Mutual Trust and is a member of Mutual Trust’s investment committee.

Michael Voskresenky
Company Secretary
Michael is Copia’s Chief Financial and Operating Officer. As such, he is responsible for the operational and financial obligations of the group including those of our investment manager partners. Michael also provides company secretarial support to our Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Team.
Sidney Myer
Non-Executive Director
Sidney has more than 40 years’ experience in retailing and investment management industries. His current roles include Chair and Trustee of Myer Family and Sidney Myer entities respectively, Chair of the National Portrait Gallery Foundation and a Director of Yulgilbar Foundation. Sidney was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia.
